    Soon Valley Development Program (SVDP) selected MFSYS as its technology partner in 2017. SVDP is a microfinance institute based in the rural Khushab district of Pakistan with its core business providing agricultural loans and business loans to the surrounding rural population. The automation of SVDP included implementation of MFSYS Core Banking System (CMB) and migration of complete data from the legacy system to CMB. The project was successfully implemented by MFSYS to the full satisfaction of SVDP. The core banking system is hosted at MFSYS data center hence SVDP is also relieved of managing the IT infrastructure or managing any updates released from time to time.

  • SyriaTel: Aug 2018

    In 2018, one of the biggest telecom providers in Syria, known as SyriaTel sought the services of MFSYS to implement a fully centralized Core banking System for new Microfinance entity known as Nour Microfinance. The MFSYS team implemented the system in a short span of 2 months including the training sessions to the employees.

  • Oracle Flexcube: Jan 2017 - Oct 2017

    The First Microfinance Bank Afghanistan, one of the leading microfinance banks in the region, had its system migrated to Flexcube in 2017. MFSYS team was assigned the data migration project. MFSYS performed a seamless data migration and successfully completed the project ahead of the project timeline.

  • Orange-Premier Agency de Microfinance: Mar 2017

    The Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance (AKAM) & one of its entities Premier Agency De Microfinance-West Africa (PAMF-WA) engaged MFSYS and Orange Mobile (i.e. one of the largest Telco’s) to design develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Financial Service for PAMF-Mali. It was a large scale project and comprised of complex tasks including defining business products, process & services, Technology solutions (i.e. Core Banking System, Middleware, Transaction Switch, data communication, Client and Credit Scoring, Mobile App, SMS service & Backend system and processes). MFSYS in collaboration with Orange completed and performed a very successful implementation which enabled PAMF-WA to offer Digital Financial Services through a wide array of digital channels.

    In August 2017, the First Microfinance Bank Tajikistan sought the services of MFSYS to design, develop and implement Mobile Banking Service. MFSYS developed and deployed the required services which included Mobile Banking App (i.e. Include), integrated with MFSYS Core Banking CMB. With the successful implementation of this project FMFB-Tajikistan now offers mobile banking services including Deposits, Loans, Funds Transfer, Utility Bill payments, mobile top-ups etc.

    Al Wataniya Microfinance Institution – Syria is a microfinance instiution operating in Syria. MFSYS was chosen to install CMB as their core banking system for microfinance operations in 2015. Al Watniya experienced smoothness and efficiency in their operations after the implementation of CMB in their operations and are now in the process expanding their branches in the Syrian region.

    The Aga Khan Foundation’s rural support program, known as AKRSP sought the services of MFSYS to implement a complete monitoring and evaluation system SPOT, to monitor different KPIs in the rural regions of Pakistan.
